Continuous band blade decrusting slicer

• Suited for the decrusting of loaves of bread on the four sides.
• Continuous band blade cutting head mounted on balanced pulleys for excellent adherence; it features two stations: the first one for the slicing of the horizontal crusts and the second one for the slicing of the vertical crusts.
• Inlet and outlet loading conveyor belts; upper belt with adjustable height designed to hold the product in place and accompany it towards the blades and lower belt with lateral guides.
• Independent cutting height and depth adjustment of each blade.
• Conveyor belt advance speed adjustable by inverter.
• Electric panel with centralized controls, electric emergency devices built to standards and stainless steel protection screen.
• Sturdy steel support structure.
